I have noticed that the new WoM banner keeps going missing. Is it the forum or is it my computer?

It's just you mate! It's not doing it for me at all! Tim or Glenn might be able to tell you what's happening though...

Where should it be? Just above the menu bar?

Hmmm... I wonder, does it matter what size screen i have?

Screen size shouldn't be a problem, as far as I am aware the banner is working fine, it is only the affiliates that change as each time the page is refreshed, I have had no problems with the World Of Minis banner at all.

No problem here either.
Try emtpying your browser's cache, that may help. Alternatively try with another browser to check if that works. If it does, the problem iss definitely in your default browser.

I have no idea what your talking about. On Internet Explorer it is like this: Go to Tools > Options, on General Tab press Delete Files then click 'Delete offline content', and OK. In Mozilla Firefox Tools > Options > Privacy > Cache > press clear cache now.
