I haven't decided yet if I'll be going, but if I do I won't be entering anything in GD. I'll just take a lot of pictures instead.

This year coincides with my preparing for an exhibition, and if i don't sell work i don't buy mini's! It's probably a good thing, i don't want my ego deflated to early in the hobby, but i'll be sure to go for 2007, lots of excellent new releases to choose from in the LotR range that could be candidates for GD... Wish you the best of luck Tim in all cats

Well curunir if you go be sure to let me know so we can meet up. I would love to meet up with some one who has such in depth knowledge of Tolkiens writings.

I'm more interested in the independent painting competition at Monde de Jeu in Paris (also in September). I won't be going this year, but hopefully it will be successful and they run it next year too.

Well curunir if you go be sure to let me know so we can meet up. I would love to meet up with some one who has such in depth knowledge of Tolkiens writings. Ahhh, but then my secret identity would be blown. I am Tolkein, my preciousss! And I possess the ring of power which allows me to live beyond the years of man, and I... oh nevermind. Yes, it would be very cool to meet up Tim and to get a first hand look at your minis. And then we can drink a beer and talk Tolkein until we are both blue! Cheers

I hope to be at GD but it all depends if I get my one entry finished. Work, wife and kids seem to take all my time.

i cant go, for numerous reasons 1. School, this year is an important year and if the date is at a time when im at school i cant go. 2. Money, i cant afford to buy a ticket for 25 quid then expect someone to spend another 25 quid taking me up there, i know you can go on a coach but for obvious reasons i wouldnt like that. 3. Travel see above lol 4. What happens when im there? i know some of you lot will be there but i cant tag along with you all the way. maybe some time in the future, i would love to go but cant

I'd love to go but my transport for this year is not possible, don't have a car and no friend to ferry me. The closest GW is a train journey away, oh well. Perhaps next year. I hope to see lots of pictures from those who do go! =)

Not this year. I'm putting money aside to go to one GD next year though... I havent decided which one, I'd love to go to GD UK, but I think I might just go to GD Canada... I'll try for UK though, as I would love the chance to meet all of you fantastic UK painters.

I'd love to, but a trip to England probably will be a once in a lifetime event for me...and now is not the time, hehe.
