Halflings are part of a commission, and the guy is doing the bases himself. The Plague Monk is mine, and part of my ongoing fascination with Skaven at the moment.

Those halflings look tiny! Great job with the Plague Monk, it's a very cool mini with an awesome paintjob. I also really like the base. How do you create the water-effect?

Thanks.
They are tiny, very very tiny, lol The water effect is the Games Workshop water effect stuff, pours out like pva glue, but sets clear and can be mixed with paints and inks to create all kinds of watery looks. Bit steep tho at £12 a bottle (I got mine cheap as the shop owner opened a bottle to see what it was like and couldn't close it again, so I offered to take it discounted) Woodland scenics do the same product, and I'm sure it's cheaper.

Nice stuff--I always like it when you post the minis you have painted for yourself--there is always a level of detail not seen with the commission work...

Woodland scenics is a bit cheaper but not much, I think mine was a tenner and that was some time ago, it also shrinks like f*** too. Love the Plaguemonk the best out of these but they all look good.
