That was the reason I didn't officially enter the Madpuppet contest. Edgar put up my Himmlich model without asking if I wanted to enter it, had it been down to me I would not have entered this time around. Excellent mini mate and it has given me alot to think about when I finally tackle mine.

Yes I voted on one or two from this guy yesterday but look at the score, this is indicative of how Cmon has got in recent times good work gets slammed and the dross that makes up most of the general viewing over scores and this is the reason I have decided not to submit anymore works on Cmon.

I noticed that about cmon as well. It seems alot tougher and Im not sure why. Ive seen some very good work with some plain stupid scores. I am a tough judge myself but it just makes me shake my head as I have to rate them over and above to redress some balance. I think the models I have submitted are fairly accurately marked luckily. My empire wizard was a bit lower (6.9) than I hoped but my picture was shit so it was my own fault I guess, it looks very nice in the hand. My other stuff is in the 7's. Probably how i would mark them myself. I only give 10's to something outstanding and its normally a diorama or blow you away attention to detail. Shame to hear you are not posting there, but so long as I get to take a look at your stuff here I guess thats ok lol! Anyway, check out this monster ork! www.coolminiornot.com/210468 |

Yeah I saw that I think it is a great bit of working off the Dire Mauler body and it really fits well as a big crazed 40K Ork thug.
