Salute 07 is just around the corner and I thought that I would open up a meetup thread for those who are going, I know that tadme48 and fatty-bolger are interested in meeting, also myself and LOTRCROWN + missus will be there too.
So lets arrange a meeting and if anyone else wants to tag along then shout up.

now i know the time and place of meetring is along way off but i suggest when we met up we do it by the cental seating area next to painting comp as then we could see one anothers enterys and is the center of the whole show

it is the biggest non GW wargames convention in the country and pretty a pretty good day out for a lot less money too.

ahh ok. I have just bought a digital system camera (and some snotlings and some other stuff) so I'm afraid I won't have any money to get there  ,maybe next year... |

ill proberly have my phone but i know Matt will have his as his letting me borrow it to take pictures of my minis there as my camera has naff macro

Tim id like to send along some new things for you to show at Salute if you're up for it? we could possibly do some sort of painting thing if you wanted? where Eastern Front would provide the minis? any thoughts?

It may be a bit too close to the event now for anything like that to be arranged, I think possibly all the trading areas may be taken up. I'll send out a couple of e-mails to the organisers.

i've been the last year at salute, and i'll be there this year too, actually no idea of what i'm going to do (probably will have more than one meetup), but it will be nice to have a moment there to say hello |

Kool, I am looking forward very much now to Salute it has been a few years since I last went and to be honest it was only the event mini the Lotr GLorfindel and Ringwraith that persuaded me to go but now I am looking forward to it more and more.

Hmm, I will likely have casts of the giant by then, but the blister artwork may not be ready as obviously I need to paint one or two up nicely first to photograph them. We'll see.

ops, my plans have changed slightly, I told Tim that i would be there, But today have been talking with Gamezone miniatures guy, at very gently he lend me a bit of space of their both for Mad puppet minis ^^.
So i will be all the day there , TG-088 on the map, if you have a minute visit us and say hi!
