Hello all
as promised in the last e-mail I have the pleasure to announce the next Worldofminis painting contest. The contest will be themed around undead and will run by the title WoM Of The Dead.
There will be two categories fantasy and sci-fi and there will be prizes that I will provide from my own stockpile of miniatures.
This is more about fun than prizes though. your entry can be a miniature or miniatures from any range and can be a single mini or multiple minis making up a diorama but the work must be a new work and also not shown on other forums.
Like in the past the voting will be done by way of a pole to decide who takes the first second and third in each category. The two winners will then be put into another pole to see who takes overall best with a prize just for that two.
The contest will run from January 1st until March 31st so get your thinking caps on and I look forward to seeing the entries you come up with.

Sounds great, and can I just add that Necromancers do count under the undeadness, before anyone asks, and those Cryx buggers too.

hrm... I really would like to enter with something... hope I get the time to do it. first off from my painting table is the CiN-grotz, should be done this weekend.
a question to Tim: is it ok to enter a piece that has been just started but started like almost 2 years ago but never came beyond the planning and laying out faze?

Happy New Year folks... Back from the "outlaws" and just getting things sorted out! "WOM of the Dead" eh? My favourites (well I did paint a lot of em for my Zombies game) So I need to find another undead who wishes to be painted... I'm sure something will appear  ArrOOoo! |

Quick question, Im taking it you can only enter once and your entry will be put into either sci-fi or fantasy. so I couldnt paint one up for both Categories?.

Yep you can enter once in each catergory.
No problems with that at all.

You can enter once in each category as Bru says, you can't enter one mini and have it qualify for both though, some minis as you all know are quite at home in either Sci Fi or Fantasy so when you submit the finished pieces you will have to say which cat you want it in.
