I have been thinking about buying a couple of PC games this week and can't decide which ones to go for so far Warhammer Mark of Chaos, and the Dawn of War anthology are the favourites to be making their way onto my pc, any other suggestions?

I don't really have time or interest for video games any more--but Age of Empires III is one I still play from time to time. Its fun, extremely challenging, and becuase I play it online (This is free once you buy the game) its endlessly replayable.

Sorry i can't help, i'm a console man, but if you can get any of the Rainbow Six Three Games on PC i'd recommend them, or splinter cell for that quiet kill

Make sure your pc is fully powered up for running Mark of Chaos as my mate's chugged like a pig when he played it!!!
I prefer playing my games on console, the PC is strictly for internet and porn! However, with the battle for middle earth 2 game on the xbox 360 I'm hoping that the consoles will pick up all the rts games which only ever seem to be released for the pc in the future.

It depends entirely on what you like. If you tell me what type of games you are into (Strategy/RTS, Shoot 'em up etc.) then I'll give you a few pointers on what to get!

Mark Of Chaos looks good, and the DOW games is really great. I would save some money for Warhammer Online (not out yet). I have heard that Call of Duty 3 is really great, and based on the screenshots it looks awesome. But whatever you do, DON'T buy World Of Warcraft, you will get addicted and stop painting minis ;D

As Racssirt said, it depends on what you like. Some of my favorites are the Myst games, Knights of the Old Republic and Diablo 2.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, I like all sorts of games but mainly for the pc I like strategy I have got the Age of Mythology set and that is awesome. I think I might plump for World of Warcraft despite the addiction risk. I was thinking about Mark of Chaos but I am not sure my pc will run the game smoothly without an upgrade in the graphics card so I think I'll play it safe and plump for WoW like I said. Some great replies so I thank you all very much.

Although I have never been on them, I have seen a bit of one of them, and if you like strategy games then you need to buy Cossacks! (and Cossacks 2)

I just got DoW:Dark Crusade and a new gaming pc. Dark Crusade is a really great game, and with a good pc it gets ten times better. I can really reccomend it. I have been playing many hours every day the past week

DOW games are really good, they have a good mixture of base building and fighting action as well as strategy.
Mark of chaos i havnt played but from what i have heard people prefered DOW because of the base buidling, you get an army to start with in MOC.
Stronghold is an awesome game, its got the perfect balance of econemy and war. You have the gathering food side whichh is very large which range across different type, apples, cheese, meat ect. all the food goes into a granary and affect your popularity and the peasants mood. You can also set taxes which makes you pop go down but if you counter balance it by giving your workers double rations. You can make a stone mine, this will give you stone to make walls tower ect. You can also build weapon makers like fletcher who uses your wood to make bows/crossbows then takes them to the armoury.
