As far as I know they are only available via direct order from the site, I have all the current models and I have had no problems with the orders. You make your request and Felix sends a paypal request it is as simple as that.
The last model I bought was the Orc champion and that took a long time but that was because Felix had problems with the casts and had to get that resolved but I still received it in decent time considering.
Rest assured I have had nor have I heard of any problems from his site.
