Here is a sneak peak of the new GW Wizards, I believe these to be plastic and probably like the Empire general will be a multipart plastic kit where you have enough parts to make either option. They look pretty cool to me amd can foresee some amazing paintjobs on them.

yeah the minis are really cool I don't like the colour scheme on the lest one, the right one is ace though EDIT: what wrong with me? I don't know left or right. it was then lest one I Liked and not the right one!

well, alot of the recent gw mini's have been rather good but i'm not sure on these, they may grow on me?

The wizard on the left is my favourite. I'll definitly be picking up a box. Agreed on the recent quality of the GW plastic box sets. I wonder is this down to the new fangled computer technology and scanning they were talking about a couple of WD's ago?

Actually i hear that it might be, i believe part of the way GW make plastics is to make a green 3 times real size, scan it, then reduce it on the computer.

The 3ups have something to do with the vulcanising of the green, then the casting. It shrinks twice from the green to the finished model. Though im not sure honestly. They are nice, but im not going to hurry out and buy them.
