WH40K Codex Release Schedule

This is a estimated list of the upcoming codexes, stolen from warseer. Only gamers wil be interested in the codexes, but with a new codex new minis will also be released.

2007:
- March: Dark Angels
- Late summer: Codex apocalypse
- Christmas: Chaos volume 1: Undivided

2008:
- Orks
- Dark eldar
- Space marines redux

To be confirmed/later:
- Necrons
- Blood angels
- Space wolves
- Ordo xenos
- Chaos volume 2: Khorne
- Chaos volume 3: Nurgle
- Chaos volume 4: Tzeentch
- Chaos volume 5: Slannesh

I am really looking forward to Dark Angels. They are my favourite chapter, and I will definitely do an army of them. Blood Angels, Space Wolves and Chaos Undivided sounds interesting too, but I don't think I will do an army of them. But I'm hoping for some kick-ass character models.

I've missed this a bit but thanks for the heads up--some of these sound really cool...I wonder what codex apocolypse is, no doubt we'll be hearing about it soon. New Necrons...GREAT! The current Necrons are osme of my favorites GW's challenge would be to add a bit of variation which I think the lack therof holds back some customers now.

I think Codex Apocalypse is some sort of mega battles book. Like the Cities of Death or Cityfight. I think the point is having large battles with many tanks and siege warfare. I don't know this for sure, but it's what I have heard.
